I had my original smart lipo procedure back in June 2010. It takes awhile for the swelling to go down to see the actual 'new you'. I did take actual measurements of each area prior to the procedure and each week following the smart lipo procedure. I was not completely satisfied with my results based on my own measurements. Dr Bergeron and his staff were very gracious to make the adjustments and conducted a 'touch up' procedure. They said at the end of the day, they wanted me to feel satisfied with my procedure and results. I just finished my touch up procedure yesterday. Today Dr Bergeron called himself to personally check on me to ensure that I was feeling fine following the procedure. \r
Thanks to Dr Bergeron and his great staff for their excellent customer service and commitment to patients who trust him to do their procedure. I'm anxious to see the results after the swelling subsides. Dr B says he is confident that I will be happy with the results. I'm sure that I will. But I can say with certainty that I am satisfied with the entire process of my procedure. Stay tuned for additional feedback!! In the meantime... if you are thinking of having the procedure, I'd highly recommend Dr Bergeron.
