The owner had to pay a judgement mandated by the court of San Jose, because my dog DIED here. Do you know what comment was made when the check was handed over? ""This should pay for your cruise."" (HUH?) How ignorant are you? When London died, I did not leave my bedroom for two weeks. I did not leave my house for a month. I still mourn my little dog. How dare you!!!! She was three years old when she died, and a teacup maltese!!!! When my dog died the owner NEVER said that she was sorry, NEVER offered her sympathy, and NEVER offered to settle out of court. This entire ordeal could have been settled with one phone call, but this went on since July, 2011. I wish Ellen Prandi nothing but the best, because in my opinion her business ethics are extremely questionable.
