On a Thursday night recently my entire A/C unit went out. After sleeping the night with the windows open and the fans on I awoke and started calling HVAC companies. I was scheduled to go out of town Friday afternoon for the weekend for a wedding Saturday, so needless to say time was of the essence.
After calling several companies only one was able to come out that day (albeit several hours later). Then I stumbled upon Precision. I called at 4pm on Friday and had a technician at my house by 5. He was very professional, and explained what would need to be done to replace the unit. This particular system that was being replaced was 20+ years old, and the technician was very knowledgeable about the updates that would have to be done to bring a new installation up to current code. He was also VERY willing to work with me on price and was actually able to beat the other estimates I had received. Best of all he was able to schedule an installation for 8am the next morning, enabling me to make the Saturday wedding.
The installation crew showed up promptly (more promptly in fact than the person who I had house-sitting for the weekend) and were very polite and professional. When I returned on Sunday everything was installed and there was no sign of mess.
Bottom line: I called at 4pm Friday and had a crew installing Saturday morning. On top of that the customer service and professionalism was top notch, and the price was as good or better than others. I'm extremely satisfied and have no hesitation at all recommending Precision to anyone looking for HVAC service or replacement.
