Review content:
After a stuffy 2 days without air conditioning, we finally called Precision Heating & Air who promptly sent Joe to our house despite it being 9:00 pm! Joe was so nice and courteous and after clearly explaining the problem (in lay terms) he set out to fix the issue that very night! He was very upfront about costs and helped us understand our specific problem should it happen again. Even though it was almost 9:30 pm, he was cheerful when he told us he had to run to the store to buy parts. Poor Joe didn't leave our house until almost 10:45 pm! We began to feel our cool air immediately! What a relief! Joe is a true, caring professional. We know who to call if we have any other problems in the future!
