I'd like to compliment Jeff, who serviced my system today (10/3/12). I invested in an expensive Lennox system 18 months ago. Jeff pointed out that I had 2 filters (one washable, one disposable), emphasizing that the disposable one was filthy. Jeff was very diplomatic and explained the filtering system to me. I had NO idea that this new system has TWO filters, as I thought I was properly maintaining it by cleaning the washable filter monthly. Jeff saved me from a potential major repair in the future by providing me with valuable information. Jeff also took the time to explain the features of the programmable thermostat which I had overlooked. Jeff was very thorough with the tuneup, but went above and beyond to educate me on the filtering system. I really appreciate the fact that Tiger Services hires high caliber employees like Jeff. That's what keeps me and others around as loyal customers. I always recommend Tiger to friends and others. Keep up the good work!! THANK YOU!
