My wife and i decided to try Village Tavern,the new restaurant near the mall at millenia last wednesday evening. Not knowing what to expect we were pleasantly suprised. We sat at the bar and orderd two glasses of wine and we were informed that it was"" wine down wednesday"" and our glasses were half price. To wine lovers like us this alone would have been enough to keep us there. We had a couple of appetizers, the bacon wrapped scallops and the crab cake, both were fantstic. The attmosphere was great, they had live music that was entertaining ,but not intrussive or too loud. From the food to the wine and the service everything was perfect. We highly recomend Village Tavern to anyone looking for something new and different in orlando.
