Review content:
Honest Weight is the best place to shop in the capital region if you want local or specialty foods. They have a fantastic vegetarian deli and hot breakfast/lunch bar, a wonderful bakery that sells vegetarian and vegan baked goods, and a huge bulk department. Bring your own clean containers and have them weighed at the service desk to avoid being charged for bags/containers. You don't have to be a member to shop there, but you do get a discount if you are.
Pros: Great selection, friendly staff, local foods
Cons: Parking can be a challenge
