Review content:
We have been taking our dog for 2 years when we go on vacation (and he loved it), but the last time he came back, he was miserable. He came back completely submissive, and when we raised our hand to pet him, he would cower like we were about to hit him. I do believe he was hit, and not just as a warning... he was terrified that we would hit him. Also, they ""forgot"" to give him his medication (completely necessary for hip displasia/arthritis). After shopping around to other kennels, I now realize that you can get much better for your dog for about 4 dollars extra, which is worth it. At least he will get his medication.
Pros: away from roads/hwys
Cons: Not enough playtime, not given medication, inconvenient pickup
