Chiropractic care is paramount to my health, and has been for years. Dr. Lay and his staff give expert care that give me confidence in continuing my chiropractic treatments. They've also been instrumental in preventing injuries that I may cause myself from working out at the gym. They are oh, so knowledgeable! They are genuine and caring, and good for a laugh most days! Who doesn't need more laughs these days? So, de-stress, get back in balance, and make it a point to see Dr. Lay at San Jacinto Chiropractic. You only have one body! Treat it right!
