Look, the Bellaire area restaurants are not known for service. It's the food that people come here for. I've been going here since I was 5 years old and they have the best Mi Hoanh Thanh soup hands down. If you expect good service go to PF Chang's. If you're looking for an authentic Chinese/Vietnamese meal this is the place. It's cheap and you don't need to tip big here either. If you think service is bad here try going to Vietnam. Over there you still at a roadside cafe on a stool made for 6 year olds and have a toilet paper roll on the table instead of napkins. Everything, and I mean everything costs extra. But man the food is great. Pros: Fresh Food that tastes Great, A Chinatown Institution since I was a kid Cons: Service, Language Barrier
