Review content:
I do not normally review/critique a business, but I felt if I could save at least one person from the terrible experiences I had at this medical office then it would be worth it. Like many have mentioned, the service is terrible: average of 20 minutes on hold trying to get a hold of anyone and they do not offer times to call outside of the work day or at lunch, making it difficult for any working person to communicate with them. I too have never met my doctor - Dr. Cleary - and do not know if it is a he or a she. On several occasions they refused to do an over the phone discussion/follow up, forcing me to leave work and pay a copay, and giving them the opportunity to bill my insurance company for something that could have been addressed over the phone.
