I have been with this practice for almost 10 years and I am leaving it as of today! I was too tolerate for too many years and today after dealing with the WORST Office Manager I have ever encountered, I am done!! I called to tell them about a very bad situation that occurred to me last week due to their errors, by a nurse and by a physician assistant and when I was done with my story instead of apologizing, this horrific Office Manager ""Cindy"" became very defensive and started telling me the patient what I did wrong and making excuses for her staff!!! Are you kidding me!? I am done but not after years of being on hold for average of 15-20 minutes every time I call there, very bad and very, very young physician's assistants, never being able to see my doctor - Dr. Cleary. Ridiculous! I would not recommend this practice to anyone and suggest if you are in, get out before they do something wrong!
