Review content:
I had been sick for two weeks when I finally made an appointent with Maureen... 30 minutes for $48. Even though I was paying more than a dollar a minute for her, she up and left the exam room for 7 full minutes with no explanation. When she finally did come back to speak with me, she asked me NO questions about my medical history, did not delve into my symptoms, and did not ask questions about my personal life and habits. She performed a quick exam, mentioned something about it being viral, and then started to write me a prescription without telling me what it was. When I asked, she said it was an antibiotic (which should not be prescribed for viral infections) and I then had to ask her point-blank what it was that I was sick with (she was not going to volunteer that information to me). When I expressed that I didn't want antibiotics, she proceeded to try to sell me a Chinese medicine that was pretty much all alcohol. If she had asked questions about me (my life), she would know that I DO NOT drink alcohol. I tell her this and she laughs and says that once she ""accidentally"" gave this medicine to a woman who was alcoholic.
Pros: Sweet receptionist
Cons: Takes too long to return phone calls, only takes appointments three days per week.
