I went to have breasts augmentation when they were located in the Clearlake area off Gulf Freeway. After the procedure they did not care about follow ups. And approx 4 years after they were done The left one started linking. I went to the emergency room and it was confirmed. I call Dr. Fustok's office as soon as I got home and they changed located 2 times since I had got my done. I spoke to Christy who told me she would find my file and call me back. After waiting one week, I called her and she said it would take more time because of the moves to find my file. No return call again So I called the office back and they told me Christy was no longer there. I told the office all over again what had happened and the told me the same thing...they would have to find my file. After waiting and calling with no results, I finally called and asked to speak to Dr. Fustok and they told me he was always unable to come to the phone. This went on for months and now years. I have one that completely leaked out and the other is starting to move under my arm pit. I look deformed. My self esteem is now gone completely. .I can't go to the beach, and you know all the other on the lists I cannot do anymore. Dr. Fustok may have some good reviews now...yes he is very nice when you meet him. Just wait a few years after these peoples' procedures are done. His personnel is horrible. They said they could not find my file due to the move!!!!!! Outrageous..You just don't lose someone's file. Now that I had to wait so long my ten year warranty has now run out.. And to make it worse, due to the economy I just don't have the money, nor the credit to get them fixed. If you do go to him I recommend to answer a lot of questions like what if something happens down the road, or what happens to my file if you move again.
