I read many reviews on Bouchon as there are so many French options in Vegas. I was very happy that I chose to dine here. We were seated right away and the server was very friendly. Started out with two dozen mussels which were a great value. 2nd course was the app special, escargot, it was very nice. I went with a special again for my main course and was very pleased. Just a month ago I ate at the Effiel Tower rest. in the Paris hotel....I would say this was 90% as good as that meal for 50% of the price. Very good value compared to other offerings in Vegas. With so many choices in Vegas it's hard to return to any place but I will reccomend Buchon and even dine here again on my next trip.
Pros: Great service, Great Food
Cons: Could use a few more wine selections by the glass
