I am new to the area and the salon I previously went to was very high end. This salon markets themselves that way and indicates that they carry products like B&B to make you think they are. They are not. I merely went in for an eyebrow wax and hair trim and it was awful. First I wanted an 30 minutes after my appointment time for the wax and the woman came out only after I complained and she was eating. I am growing my hair out so all she had to do was trim. She did not even do that. My layers were choppy and my hair was uneven in the front. I asked her to fix it and she said it was not uneven that's just how the cut is. I left and went to a different salon that fixed my hair. I have never been so disappointed anything. Do not make the mistake of going here.
