I wanted to have my hair restyled so I made an appointment with a master creative stylist, Antonella. I took a picture of the style I wanted and talked about it with her before my haircut. She told me, no problem I love the challenge of restyling someone's hair. She was very friendly and we had a good conversation, but when she was finished blow drying it out I realized she had merely trimmed the ends of my current style and totally ignored what I wanted. I could have demanded she recut my hair, but when a stylist proves they aren't listening to you I don't want to take the chance of having it ruined for months until it can grow back out.
Pros: friendly stylist
Cons: terrible haircut
