These guys are awful. I had an appointment with them and they weren't prepared for it after they insisted that i was. They also made me wait 20 minutes and when they finally came to ""help"" they were disrespectful, rude and berated me and my girlfriend.
Meanwhile, I've heard rumors their stock is not as vintage as they say it is.
Be wary. They are also NewYorkEstateJewelry on the Internet. If they can't be trusted to hold an appointment and be civil, how can you put your trust in buying a ring from them?
