I have sent a job to be printed here, and I found the staff to be a bit unrehearsed with more advanced knowledge of file types/compatibilities. Although the printed result was of quality, it was a bit difficult to get it to the press in a timely fashion because of technical problems that should have been worked out by the staff without consultation.
