I have lived in 3 Lakes Mobile Home Park for 14 years. Some things that you will read in these reviews are true and some are exaggerated. Bottom line is, this community is perfectly safe. I am raising my 3 children here. As long as you pay your rent, and abide by the rules, management will leave you alone. Remember, you're only 30min. from the Gulf of Mexico!!! Alot of these reviews were left a long time ago and things have gotten considerably better over the years. There is no such thing as a perfect mobile home community, you're going to have occasional issues in any community. If you're thinking of moving in to 3 Lakes come and drive through the community, talk to SEVERAL different residents. Just a tip, talk to the people that have well kept lawns and clean property. The ones that don't have clean property and yards are more than likely going to have bad things to say, as the management is probably on them about following the rules. 3 Lakes is a decent place to live for decent people!
