Review content:
I've had the same problem as others posting reviews here. I first called Professional Account Management when an alert came in from my credit monitoring agency. The guy from PAM said they were trying to collect on a 2002 ticket from Washington, D.C. (this is the end of 2007, mind you, and I have not lived in D.C. since 2001). I asked him to send me notice of the ticket in the state I now live in since I never received it and he agreed to do that. A couple of weeks later another negative alert popped up from the company on my credit report and I STILL have not received the alleged ticket. This company is a joke and I hope D.C. will stop using them for collections.
Cons: unethical, possibly illegal, business practices
