I financed a lemon from Fritz in Fishers and did my best as far as trying to make my note on time despite rental cars and repairs on my lemon. The latest I had ever been was maybe 2 weeks but they ALWAYS got their payment. They have a rep by the name of Carol who is very rude and when/if I ever called to inform them up front that I would be late they treated me very unprofessional and very rude to the point where I did not want to call to let them anymore. I finally went to trade the lemon before the engine went all the way out on me and the salesman handling my trade called them to initiate the payoff amount and he stated that they were some unprofessional @holes and really bad mouth me as far as saying ""We are glad he is leaving our business, He doesnt pay his bills on time, etc. etc."" The salesman told me that basically he didnt call them for that information he called for the payoff amount and he received all of this very rude unprofessional information. This company sucks as far as customer service is concerned. I wouldnt advise anyone to ever finance a car loan thru this unprofessional rude LITTLE company.
