I'm in the process of landscaping a cul-de-sac backyard, expecting to spend 20k or so. Called HLI for a design and estimate. Mark Angelos called me back. I should have called it all off after the first phone call - got the ""look here little lady"" type attitude - the 'don't waste my time if you want all this cra_ for 2k' comment. But I didn't. I told him I knew what I was asking for, and knew it would not be cheap.
Pros: Beautiful design; nice touches (lighting)
Cons: Bad Attitude; Unprofessional
