Businiess name:  Sullivan Tire & Auto Service
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Extremely over priced. Advanced online repair quote suggested about $460 to replace both rear struts. Sullivan quoted me with about $800 for the same job. Plus they told me I needed more work done in the front that does need to be done. For example, they said both sway bar links were busted and the bushings were gone. I looked at it, all of the bushing are there and neither sway bay link is busted. They also said I needed a new inner/outer tie rod and work on lower ball joints. Now in MA if any of the items listed from the sway bar to the ball joints were bad we wouldn't pass inspection. This car they looked at passed inspection. Very frustrating. Keep in mind I have been going to this particular Sullivan tire for the past 5 years. I like to have fix 'em cars to learn how to fix cars. In those 5 years Sullivan tire was great. They were always willing to work with me and never hassled me. I've heard that they haven't been really busy the past month so maybe that is why they hiked the price and pulled out imaginary work but why penalize the returning customers because their business isn't booming?
