I've been going to Dr. Isaacs for 3 years now and he seems to be a okay doctor, but it's his staff that brings him one star rating. They are rude, make you wait for at least an hour and are horrible about following up with anything requiring a call back outside of your appointment (prescription call-ins, test results, etc...). Every time I call his office- the receptionists are BEYOND rude. They are always putting you on hold (for at 3-5 minutes) at a time and give you major attitude. I seriously feel like I'm dealing with a Kinko's employee and not someone working for a doctor.
