Review content:
In October, I had my eye appointment. She was more than 40 minutes behind schedule, and kept having to stop the exam to answer the phone. I was never called as promised when my contacts/glasses arrived; finally I stopped by in December. After waiting for 45 minutes, she dug though huge haphazard piles of paper and eyewear, and found me my contacts and glasses. However, the glasses most certainly weren't the ones I ordered, and made me slightly dizzy/nauseous when I tried them on. She convinced me they were indeed mine (even though they were brown, and I had specifically ordered blue) and that I just needed to ""get used to them"" After two weeks of dizziness, I returned, and after another long wait told her that I didn't think they were mine. She told me the lab must have screwed up, and she'd sort it out and call me when she found the ones I'd actually ordered. It is now June. I have no glasses, no refund from the $143 I paid for the glasses, and my insurance benefits won't cover me getting another exam and glasses for another year and four months.
Cons: disorganized, always behind, doesn't deliver promised product/service
