From the first time I visited their salon while shopping T and G's competition at the mall a year ago I can't see myself going any where else. Jen is the most creative customer service friendly stylist in Dallas. I've only switched styalist once because of busines trip that caused me to get an early cut. I found the service is exemplary no matter who does your hair. The shampoo treatment will leave you falling asleep in the chair and more relaxed than if hired a maseuse. Book early only because I got lucky as a walk in but the experience is worth the wait even if you have to.
Pros: Easiy to get too in the mall next to JC Pennys
Cons: Always booked because of excellence so plan on scheduling in advance
