My girlfriend and I recently moved to Rhode Island, and brought our cat here based on the great reviews. After going, we're wondering if there was a different vet there when those reviews were written than there is now, because we thought this place was awful. The vet (a woman whose name I can't remember) was condescending and did not seem interested in our input at all. She tried to bully us into doing expensive tests when there wasn't even anything wrong with our cat (we were there for shots.) After we decided not to do the bloodtests, she acted like we were being negligent and uncaring. The staff was ok, certainly nothing great. I doubt we'll go back here. It seems like the only thing this vet is interested in is money.
