When my husband and I first sat down in a booth at Spring Cafe we wanted to find an excuse to leave. We decided to stay and give it a chance. Let me just say that we left and have been back several times a week since (seriously)! We are regulars now! The reason we were skeptical at first was because the whole look of the place is very out dated, menu's look old, and employees are not thrilled to be there. That being said, people may confuse ""old"" with ""dirty"", but the place is SPOTLESS! Once we tried the food we were able to over look the flaws. Everything is made from scratch tastes just like my mom's old fashion cookin'! The chicken and dumplings, turkey deluxe sandwich, and the Ruben sandwich are my favorites. I have not tried their breakfast food yet. I would recommend this place to someone looking for delicious home cooked food. I would not recommend this place to someone who is going on a date night. :)
Pros: Amazing home cooked meals!
Cons: closes early on weekends
