We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. The first person you speak with when calling the main number needs to go to Customer Service School 101. I had overheard my husband during several phone calls to her and was initially embarassed to hear him arguing with her and when he would get off the phone he would tell me how condescending and unhelpful she was. I found it hard to believe that she could be that bad, until I had a reason to call myself. I was looking for help and answers as we were given misinformation by one of the installers. She did not seem to care that a representative of her company gave misinformation, and implied that it was my problem now and if I didn't get it fixed in the next 3 hours we were going to be stuck with another year obligation on the device at $80/month. She knows the ins and outs of this business but for the ""offenders"" this is all new and the company needs to have someone patient and considerate on the front line, not someone with an attitude who assumes we know how this all works. .
