Just a warning, do not do business with this company. In the beginning of March 2011 I bought a vehicle from this company that I was told was in great mechanical condition. After having this vehicle for only 7 days I had to put $2,700 into this vehicle to replace the whole front end ei bearings, brakes, u-joints, hubs, brakes and rotors. Do to the fact that I paid CASH for this vehicle in the amount of $13,500.00 I did not have all the money it took to fix my truck at the time. I called Paul the Manager who assured me they would help me out when Steve the owner gets back into town from his vacation. After waiting a week I called again and spoke with the salesman Justin who again assured me Steve is a great guy and will make things right. After waiting another two days I called up again and spoke with Steve who told me he could do nothing to help me since the took the truck on consignment and only made $500 on the deal. I explained to him that I run a company that his been in business for 16 years and has maintained an A+ rating with the BBB due to the fact that we would loose money on a deal if that is what it took to fix a problem that a customer had due to our neglagence. He went on to tell me his is just a small fish in a big ocean and tries to get by month to month. Well either way I found out the hard way that 1) This is a company that does not stand behind their vehicles 2) It pays it bills month to month or so they say so they are not financally secure which is not a good sign 3) They lie and cheat honest people out of their hard earned money. I even called Steve back and explained to him that he made $500 on me selling me a broke truck so the least he could do is pay $500 towards the $2,700 bill I paid and consider it a wash he did not make money nor did he loose money and I would not tell my story to anyone and he could not even agree to that. So in short the owner of this company does not value his name in the car business and would rather keep the $500 he made on a deal then to loose it and make a customer happy. Even him covering $500 would still leave me with a $2,200 debt. So as I explained to him my company does a lot of work in the Cibolo, Converse, Seguin, Universal City area and I am going to tell ever person I come into contact with my story. So if you are considering purchasing a vehicle from this company I would think twice unless you have reserves in the bank to pay a mechanic. Or if they get you with their financing make sure you have extra payments in the bank so you can cover a mechanic and make your payment or you will have to options REPO or pay for a non running vehicle sitting in your drive way.
