I called another company and they said they would be out by 11:00 p.m. After 11:00p.m. they still didn't show up. I called Admiral and they were there within 30 min. My A/C was cooling again within the hour.John Conley was the tech who came to my house @ 12:00 a.m. the man was professional and his fee was reasonable. How many company's do you know that will give you great service and reasonable pricing in the middle of the night. So all you knot heads, hotheads that complaint about a company because you didn't get the free pricing you wanted go take a jump in the lake maybe that will cool you off. Because no one is going to fix your unit for free.
Pros: great service any time
Cons: that i didn't call them first
