Review content:
The rent was ok but the location of Urban Place is great. After moving in we noticed that the apartment was not very well taken care of and the things that were fixed were not fixed by professionals by all means. not even close. it looked like my kids fixed the place. terrible. before that there were roaches all in the kitchen cabinets. yuk. We were robbed once, weird how it was so very well planned & who ever robbed us took their time and the best part is that they had a key to our apartment! Least to say move in if your house priorities are low and you dont mind people coming into your home.
