Food has gone down hill fast! Boulder has lots to offer! Boulder Cafe is always empty, because the servers can care less. How does a place stay empty with a Happy Hour from 3:00 to Close. Try to attempt any other Happy Hour in Boulder, and you can not get it, but the Boulder Cafe is alway empty. The staff could careless to serve you, and the management (Steve) is quick to protect its week and unservant staff. What a f'n joke this place is, when you can't even be served without a server assigned to you. No wonder why this place is alway empty. Truthfully, the happy hour never even starts! Boulder Wake-Up, and partake in all of the other Spots in town! Big F'n SPerm!
