Review content:
This was a horrible experience. They misscheduled my appointment time and then did not give me the full service. I made an appointment and they called me a day later and asked if I could come in earlier. I told them I could not and then they still scheduled me for the wrong time. I did not get the hour facial that I was supposed to get. It was such a horrible facial that I was glad I did not have to spend any more time there. It was not relaxing and she was in a hurry so that she could get off. If she had come out to get me on time on top of the fact that they scheduled me wrong then I would have had the full hour. She kept complaining that she needed to get off at 4:30 and apologized for havng garlic breath from lunch. I have had 50 facials in my lifetime and this was by far the worst. I had an appointmnet for a massage after and she gave me a robe with holes in it. Spa Sydell has really sunk to the pits. It's no wonder they keep offering groupons because that's the only way anyone will come. The employees seem very unhappy at the Roswell location. The customer does not want to hear alot of complaining. Even the receptionist complained that she had a bad day. Horrible experience and I will not ever go back.
