Pho in 4! \r
\r
Yes sports-fans I had 3 bowls of Pho within four days at three different restaurants. This restaurant is new in Coral Springs and it's located just east of the Coral Square Mall on Atlantic Blvd. in a office building. You could drive right past it if you weren't paying attention. \r
\r
When I walked in the front door the first thing that came to my mind was the word, clean. This place was clean, new, and fresh. The restaurant seats about 40 people and it was half full on a Sunday night which impressed me too. \r

Service was slow. There were two servers who also bused the tables. I only interacted with one server and she was pleasant, but in the weeds. I kinda felt bad for her, but she had a smile on her face and she didn't let the pressure get to her. Believe me when I say she was getting pulled in many different directions. \r

I had the #4 Summer Roll which is shrimp and pork with mints lettuce, cilantro wrapped in rice paper served with a special sauce. This was pretty good. The dipping sauce had peanuts with crunchy onions on top. It tasted like a mix of fish sauce with hosin, not spicy at all. I'm starting to dig these rolls. A nice soft almost fluffy texture when you bite into them. You then taste the fresh favors of the herbs with strands of cooked rice noodles coupled with the shrimp and pork. It just a weird, but good, food experience. As I was eating them I was thinking, I'm actually losing weight by eating these rolls. lol My chewing is probably burning up more calories that this roll has packed in it. Again, a very good app. \r

Main course was the #9 The Pho Ga Hien Vuong. Say that 10 times real fast..lol. This was the BEST bowl of Pho I had in the 4 days. The crunchy onions made an appearance again in the soup and the chicken breast was sliced paper thin, like deli meat. The broth was excellent and the crispy onions gave the soup a different fantastic flavor which I really enjoyed. Having the chicken breast sliced thin was interesting. Not sure how they do that but it looks cool and tastes better. \r

This place has potential to be one of the best restaurants in Coral Springs. The taste and execution of the food spoke for themselves and the words they uttered was excellence. If they get their service issues worked out you may find the restaurant full and a line out the door. Remember to tell them Dan sent you and Stay Hungry!
