Lannathai serves the best thai food in Los Angeles at a great value!! This is especially comforting considering the service is friendly and you never have to wait for a table. While some of the more pretencious types might consider the ambience a little tacky, it is quite unique and quickly grows on you. (where else do you find a fish pond in the middle of a restaurant). So while you may not want to risk a first date at lannathai it's definitely a keeper.
Pros: Great food that won't break the bank
Cons: Ambience is not for everyone
