I think pakiaries is their own login id, otherwise peaktime travel does not stands a chance of any kind. Zero service, people will hang the phone, the boss siddiqui instead of selling tickets abuse people with bad words, if you ask for a fare to India that is too much for the agnets and they will keep on transferring the calls until you hang up on your own. The fares are expensive backed up by 0 customer service that is peaktime travel. They claim 24/7 operation, if you call at 7pm est no one will answer your call until 1030 pm. That s a cheap marketing policy of lying with the customers. I will not recommend anyone to deal with this agency.
Cons: zero work ethics, expensive fares, false slogans.
