Good service 10/8/2011

This is the 3rd time I've used Peaktime to go to Lahore. They helped me getting a visa and hotel for the trip. Will definately buy again for Umrah inshAllah. more

Horrible Customer Service 7/18/2010

I am really sorry to say that I just today had the worst experience of my life with Peak Time. The man who answered my call (I didn't get his name) regarding buying tickets to Pakistan said, ""Don't waste my time asking questions. I don't have time and I don't want to play this game."" I wonder what kind of game his demented mind thought I was playing. He was very rude and grumpy. It looks like he was having a bad day. He didn't have any trace of professionalism inside of him. Poor Service 3/10/2009

I think pakiaries is their own login id, otherwise peaktime travel does not stands a chance of any kind. Zero service, people will hang the phone, the boss siddiqui instead of selling tickets abuse people with bad words, if you ask for a fare to India that is too much for the agnets and they will keep on transferring the calls until you hang up on your own. The fares are expensive backed up by 0 customer service that is peaktime travel. They claim 24/7 operation, if you call at 7pm est no one will answer your call until 1030 pm. That s a cheap marketing policy of lying with the customers. I will not recommend anyone to deal with this agency. Cons: zero work ethics, expensive fares, false slogans. more

good experience at peak time 12/21/2006

I had a great experience. I was able to make it to my brothers weddings in time only because Peak Time were able to confirm my tickets during peak season. Ask for Riaz, he knows what he's doing. Pros: great service if you get a good agent Cons: some agents lack experience more
