as for knowing the facts, you are in no place to challenge my expertise about the inner workings and lack of employee moral throughout the establishment. you just eat your free quesadilla and save your obvious bias for something you have a clue about. which from your typing skills and lack of grammar, i can see its not much. when family members refer to it as ""hell on earth"" upon walking in the door, that says volumes more than that crossword puzzle you call a review.
