Review content:
RB Munson has been maintaining our vehicles for 10+ years and, since that time, we've referred dozens of friends, who continue to be satisfied customers. I had to respond to a previous reviewers ""complaints"". I've made several moves over the years and always hold my breath until I find that one shop in my new hometown that offers honest/quality service, at an affordable price. Until I was referred to RB, by a colleague who happens to have been a customer for 20+ years, I was beginning to wonder if that shop existed, in Tucson. I first came to Munsons after the local Toyota dealer recommended $1,600 worth of repairs. At the recommendation of my friend, I took the car to RB who gave the car a thorough inspection and determined that $180 worth of work was needed. That was 5 years and 110,000 miles ago. On more than one occasion, I've taken the car in for service, to be advised that it ""only needed a little adjustment"" and wasn't charged a thing. Bottom line, if you're looking for quality service at an affordable price (and, as my Dad would say ""is honest is the day is long...""), try Munson's Service. You won't be disappointed!!!
