Abbey rd is going through renovations and will try to ""Screw"" you out of every dime they can! They charged me for a ""parking sticker"" after I moved out for $25 because I didn't turn in a Sticker that was Stuck to my car windshield on time. They never gave me a courtesy call and wouldn't take the permit after the move out date. I paid the $25 after arguing with the manager. As someone said before the parking lot is very small. It is not that affordable, there are other apartments on shoul creek (down the street) that are much more affordable and newer! The air-conditioner didn't work all summer, my electric bill went over $160 a month in June July and August. The maintenance man told me that it was because of Poor insulation in the apartments, that everything was normal. There is a gate in the center that makes an AWFUL noise at night when it slams closed... All Night!! the lights in the parking lot also shine right in the room all night. People are usually up all night there. I would consider walking around at about 3am one morning to see what its like. It also smells like Pot all the time, people smoke right on the balcony, steps, outside everywhere. No one has respect for their neighbors and not a place I would recommend after anxiously awaiting the one year lease to be up. I just moved out, good luck!
