Review content:
DR. Grunfeld has been very professional and has been able to answer most of my first-time mother questions. However, this clinic is in Manhattan and parking is a problem. So, I decided to move to another pediatrician closer to where I live that was highly recommended by a colleague. That was when my nightmare began. This clinic has a lot of staff in the office. However, they seem to be losing the records release authorization I keep faxing to them. The first time I assumed they would be prompt about forwarding my son's records to the new pediatrician and followed it up about 2 weeks afterwards. They claim that the authorization form was never received. So I faxed another one and followed it up an hour later. It had been received but stupid me, I did not get the name of the person I had spoken to. So I followed it up a few days later and... surprise surprise... the operator claimed that the fax had not been received! SHOCKING! They put me on hold twice because I was upset at this point. It's no use. I'm going to fax this for the last time and I don't know yet what my options are if this does not pull through.
Pros: competent doctor
Cons: parking is tough, staff is incompetent and rude
