Like the previous reviewer, I really like a couple of doctors, however, office staff is not at the same level; yes, often mistaken on the billing, sending often bills that are 4 and 5 years old and were paid time ago; now they even have a surcharge of $75 for a walk in appointment but on the other hand it is also hard to get on the phone what you want and definitely not a pleasant experience when you are there in person. It seems that the office is overcrowded not only with patients but also with staff that are just chatting to one another with not much work to do. and yet, they wouldn't issue a form in less than 4-5 days , who knows? ... it could be strategy to encourage families to pay the rush fee on top of the form standard fee; \r
I am really sad because the doctor is so likable however, I really don't know how much longer I can take the office staff.
