Review content:
Delivered incorrect materials, I'm the one that noticed it and luckily caught the contractor before they installed. TX Tile took more than a week to figure out they were in fact wrong and wanted to know ""if I would take them anyway"" - what the heck? Lousy sub-contractors, horrible customer service. These folks do not ""make it right"" if there are any problems and do not return phone calls promptly if there are issues during installation. If you are excited about getting your home upgraded - don't destroy your enthusiasm and inspiration for future work by hiring this company.
Pros: Contrator did good work, when it was finally done
