Great first impression of Mr. Ral!! Within two days of initial contact he provided my fianc? & I a detailed proposal and even met with us for our first consultation. I assumed that picking a caterer would be a difficult task being that my guests are an international bunch (Louisiana Creole/Nigerian/Trini). Too my surprise NO problem for Mr. Ral!! Extensive menu & great prices will allow us to have a multicultural reception that won't send us over our budget. Booked today!! Will post update after tasting..
