Review content:
My husband and I loved the funky/bohemian intimate feel ""downstairs"". The staff was capable and greeted us by name. Now, the ""Spa Lounge"" is ""upstairs""... For nails, you sit in a banquette row/ assembly line. The space is open with foot sinks, but the intimate feel is gone. The ""Spa Lounge"" is now a ""relaxing oasis"". Well, it was annoying and impossible to relax when the owner had a very audible, detailed and lengthly business meeting with 7 people in the middle of the floor. When my husband checked in the hostess indicated the computer had a different name for his time and with the person he booked. She said ""Oh, the computer was down when you called. We put any name in to hold the space. What time did you call?"" EXCUSE ME? What about being professional & courteous? We love the manicurists. A manicure/pedicure was $45, now $50. Pros: good manicurists, good parking Cons: contrived atmosphere, inexperienced staff
