Review content:
I have been going to this restaurant for almost 20 years. It used to be owned by another owner. About 3 years ago they sold they restaurant to the new owner, who I heard have never owned a restaurant before. At first everything in the restaurant maintained the same because of the amazing staff, but it has been going down hill as the new owner started changing their regular staff. Since the new owner took over, they have changed 5 managers. All the managerd quit for unknown reasons. (I asked the waitress and they couldn't give me any explanation, like they were not supposed to talk about it) Currently the restaurant has not had a manager since March 2009. Now they are letting the hostess sort of step in for manager if customers need one. They used to have this old hostess worked there for 20+ years, and is a customers' favorite. About a year ago she had to quit because of lung cancer. She was the best hostess they've ever had - warm, caring, funny, and energize. After she quit they have had several part time hostess, and now they have a hostess that's a little over 20, has no clue what she is doing, and stepping in as manager of the restaurant. (to be continued) Pros: Chefs are professional Cons: Owner and management. Overall cleanness.
