by Patient Frustrated 10/12/2011 I have never posted a review online of any service or business. That is how frustrated I am with the care provided by this practice and feel that it is my responsibility to post feedback here. Office staff are so inept and rude that there is a sign posted in the lobby requesting that ""patients will not be permitted to yell at staff."" What is the customer service level of your business if you have to spell that out? They are unorganized and very unconcerned about their patients overall experience. Really, they are not all that worried if you express concerns. The office manager is the worst of all of them, so don't bother escalating a problem. Their offices are closed for 2 hours at lunch, close at 4pm for the day, and stop taking calls well before that so they don't have to answer questions. Refills routinely take a week to get called back to the pharmacy, but if the pharmacy faxes it over and you don't call and nag them then it won't get filled at all. Count on it. Seriously, you'll have to call every single time. Moreover, getting patients back in for unnecessary checkups must be the bulk of their practice and revenue because they will not refill even the most routine medications by phone. I end up in their office every 2 months for medications I've been taking for 15 years without a variation in my treatment plan. This is the biggest of my complaints because it leads to expensive co-pays and lost time at work. You should seek out a different practice. I'm planning on finding one that manages their patient records online (like some of my specialists do at other facilities) and is more in line with a modern practice. Email, online records, and online records requests are pretty typical in this world now. Calling the doctor's office seven times to finally get someone on the phone at 3:45 to be told they are closing for the day and are sorry they didn't refill your prescription from 8 days ago is not.
