Review content:
Moving in was the easiest part. but like the hotel california one cannot leave without paying lots of move-out fees. Apts are clean and well maintained. Grounds are beautiful and the atmosphere tranquil. Management is pretty decent however they can be a little snobish. Moving out is the hardest part. After a pre-move out inspection you a decieved into thinking that maybe the apt is up to snuff. After moving out however you are not sent your deposit.... only a list of charges and a BILL.
Pros: nice clean apartments
Cons: too many fees upon move-out
